Paralegal Office Manager

Paralegal office manager to work remotely part time. So, you could live anywhere.

Although the vacancy is suitable for a junior paralegal, the right candidate will have a few years work experience.

The role will primarily involve helping with marketing related tasks, so that previous experience of using a CRM system, particularly Microsoft Dynamics would be ideal. Some experience of using Mailchimp for email marketing or Hootsuite for social media scheduling, or WordPress is essential.

Interested candidates should ideally have experience of working in a small law firm environment, be tech savvy enough to easily manage working in a virtual, paperless office environment, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office, Word and Outlook. You should be practical, flexible, and entrepreneurial in approach.

You should have an interest in the internet and technology, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: The starting salary for a 20 hour week will be between £8,000-£10,000 ono plus bonus based on performance
